Debata organizowana przez Narodowy Instytut Cyberbezpieczeństwa poświęcona jest chińskim wpływom w przestrzeniach informacyjnych państw grupy V4. Wydarzenie jest częścią GovTech Festival. Eksperci z Polski, Czech, Słowacji i Węgier przedstawią swoją ocenę obecnej sytuacji związanej z chińskimi oddziaływaniami informacyjnymi. Przedstawione zostaną również wyniki badań prowadzonych w ramach międzynarodowego projektu MapInfluenCE, identyfikującego chińskie oddziaływania w Europie Centralnej, realizowanego przez Association for International Affairs (AMO), a finansowanego przez The National Endowment for Democracy.

The debate organized by the National Cybersecurity Institute is dedicated to the China’s influence in the information spaces of the V4 countries. Experts from Poland, the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary will present their assessment of the current situation in their countries, related to the Chinese information influences. The results of a research carried out as part of the international project MapInfluenCE, identifying Chinese influences in Central Europe, realized by the Association for International Affairs (AMO) and financed by The National Endowment for Democracy, will also be presented.
The event is a part of GovTech Festival.

About the panelists:
Ivana Karásková is a Founder and Leader of MapInfluenCE and CHOICE (China Observers in Central and Eastern Europe) projects and a China Research Fellow at the Association for International Affairs (AMO) in Prague, Czech Republic.
Tamás Matura is the Founder of the Central and Eastern European Center for Asian Studies (CEECAS) and works as an assistant professor of international relations at the Corvinus University of Budapest, Hungary.
Alicja Bachulska is a Chinese politics analyst at the Asia Research Centre, War Studies University in Warsaw, and a Ph.D. candidate at the Graduate School for Social Research (GSSR), Polish Academy of Sciences.
Matej Šimalčík is Executive Director of the Central European Institute of Asian Studies (CEIAS) in Bratislava, Slovakia, with a background in law and international relations with a focus on East Asia.
